Installing Victron Energy SmartSolar MPPT Pluggable Display

I have a Smart Solar MPPT 150/70 -TR and want to install the SmartSolar MPPT Pluggable Display, but I can't get the black pugs in the mounting holes to come out. I was able to remove the head of one, but there is still something in the hole. The material is not soft rubber. Is there a trick to this?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Hi, had same experience.

In the end I left the black plugs as is, as you cannot get a screw through them, and just plugged the display in.
