Low Wattage Victron MPPT

I've read some great questions and answer on here related to this but nothing seems to be working for this situation. I'm getting Float light flashing and 0-2W in bright sun. The battery completely died and the unit did not kick in.

I believe I checked PV polarity (white is in the - and the red and green are in the +). I tried switching just to see but nothing happened. The solar panel is sending 19V down to the unit.

I've checked all of the fuses and the circuit breakers and everything is in tact. Any other ideas?

Thanks so much.

It looks like you might have a short on the MPPT output since it's showing little voltage and a lot of current and State = Fault. Your battery may also be in a shutdown state or damaged. It's hard to say without knowing more about your overall system.
