Multiplus 24/3000 no mains light but power is present.

New Multiplus. 120 volt mains. 24v 200 ah LiFePO4 battery bank.

Mains supply voltage and frequency are correct.

Mains power LED not lit.

Victron connect indicates proper AC in voltage and frequency but 0 current draw.

Voltmeter indicates correct voltage and polarity at AC supply terminals.

Updated to latest firmware.

Default settings.

Inverter works.

Any suggestions on what might be preventing the Multiplus from operating on mains power?

It now appears to be working correctly.

I believe that the problem was that a MK3-USB interface was attached before initial startup and that the Multiplus interpreted this as a GX device or remote that was not switched on.

If this is in fact the case this is yet another example of Victron producing very good to excellent equipment with extremely poor documentation.
