I have a BMV 700 connected to the Venus GX and working fine for about 6months what worries me is it keeps on resetting to 0.0 on the screen and battery icon starts to flash and i cannot see any data from it. I will have to plug of cables from the back to restart it each time this happens in a day or 2
Hi @Inno, this is definitely aberrant behavior and is indicative of an issue somewhere in the wiring or perhaps the UTP cable; I would reach out to the authorized dealer from whom you purchased the device; they will help you with a list of troubleshooting steps and/or help you get an RMA started if necessary.
