BMV 712 Won't measure Ah consumed

Newly installed system. Four 100 Ah Lithium ion batteries. Solar disconnected and no shore power. Fully charged and synced system to begin. Phone app and monitor respond appropriately with varying loads but Ah consumed always reads zero. Ran overnight with 3 A load for 10 hours. Still shows zero Ah consumed. Been trying for three days. State of Charge still shows 100%. Built in battery monitor on Lion Safari batteries now shows 60%.

On the first screenshot you have a positive (charge) current. Maybe the shunt is connected wrong. On the side labeled with battery should only be the minus of the battery on the other anything else (loads, chargers).

M. Lange you are a genius. Had the unit installed by a dealer to insure it was correct. They wired the shunt backwards. Thank you, Sir.
