isolation transformer 3600

Hi,

We have a new boat coming from the US shortly. It's power is 110v 50 hz

we intend to fit 2 no Isolation transformers 3600 to convert shore power from 230v 60hz to 110v 50 hz.

While it's clear from the spec sheet that it will do the voltage, it's not cleat if it will deal with the hz

in summary we need 230v 60hz input and 110v 50hz output, will this unit do this?

No. You need a frequency converter which is normally an ac to dc converter followed by a dc to ac inverter.
