Is this current sensing connection supposed to be loose?

I have a Victron multiplus II 3000 12v

I have not powered it on yet, I was doing initial connections and noticed the “current sensor” has a jumper on it, and the whole thing seems like it’s loose on the PCB.

Just curious if others can confirm if this is normal.

Here’s a video of what I am talking about

It’s on a houseboat and it will be a PITA to service this later, so just wanted to check.

That doesn't seem right. As you haven't powered it on yet I assume that it is a new device you purchased recently? If so I'd return it to the dealer and either have them repair it properly under warranty or exchange it for a new one.

That's definitely not normal.

Contact your seller about that or fix it by adding some hot glue.
