I have a quattro that is not powering up, the logic PCB, or what i am calling the logic PCB PCB 010021-6 illuminates all led lights, and does not seem to respond to the buttons, there is no obvious sign of damage or any burnt smell to the unit.
It seems to not power up, at time the logic board will display two yellow lights on the bottom left set of LED's but mostly it will default to all LED's light with no output AC or DC
Has anyone experienced this? are these boards sold separately20240320_221846.jpg are there any diagnostic procedures that can be done to check and confirm the condition.
