Quattro 24/5000/120 Aux port not responding

Having difficulty configuring Electrodacus EXTIO3 (LVD) and EXTIO4 (HVD) with quattro 24/5000/120 aux1 and T sense ports. Have wired correctly and configured the Quattro for 2 signal BMS assistant with VEConfigure 3, following the "Soggy Paws" connection guide, but Quattro charger (load) does not disconnect when commanded by EXTIO4 port. There is not a lot of easy to follow information about how these ports communicate with each other or how to trouble shoot etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You need dry contacts on the BMS to open and close AUX/T-Sense.

If your BMS sends some kind of voltage it might not work.

You could also try to use two "Inverting remote on-off" cables.

PS: Some gridcodes use AUX1 for controlling grid feedback. You have to uncheck that setting or use AUX2 instead.
