The attached graphs show grayed out areas. Our RV power occasionally and randomly quits and then (we believe after the RV is jiggled) starts again. Are the grayed out areas evidence of this pattern? The dealer says the gradual decrease and cut-outs are normal.
If power cuts out and restarts after jiggling, you have a loose connection somewhere for sure. This is common to happen over time in mobile installations due to heat-cycling and vibration, and can wreak havoc both in the general performance of your electrical system as well as eventually leading to failures of wire and connectors as the loose connections cause heat buildup. Time to break out the screwdrivers and torque wrench and go through and tighten everything up!
