Does the Orion 24/12-70 DC-DC non isolated have any current sink capability? Application would be playing some tricks with DC motor control, so current may flow 12V->24V or 24V->12V.

It's a one way device. If it sees a higher voltage on the output side than it's set for, current stops flowing. It does not feed back current to its input side.
