Victron Multiplus and Dual Freq

Hello,

I have a Multiplus on my boat and I am on US 220 60hz which I want to convert to 220 50hz through the inverter. It is my understanding I can't both charge and invert at a different frequency than the AC IN with the Multiplus. Is this correct? What is the way around this by using separate battery chargers?

Do you have appliance that will be affected by frequency differences?

The inverter will synchronise to the incoming htz if you allow it to dnsonin settings.

If you don't want it to pass through, you will need a separate to charge.

The battery voltage your system has will determine the path you take.
