Multiplus Relay Faulty??

We have a multiplus 2 which has been installed in a system for abound 6 months running well.

When is was connected to Shore power the other day, the RCD tripped. (Very little load, 300W)

We have tried various shore power connections, all trip out around 2 minutes after connection. (AC2 is not in use) When connected to a genset it still operates as normal.

Do you know what the problem could be??

We have temporarily disabled the ground relay to see if there was a potential relay issue?

Love to hear your thoughts? We are thinking perhaps a faulty relay, that the earth neutral link switched inside the inverter isn't breaking quick enough??/ faulty Multiplus??

If you have an RCD on the input of a multiplus, it may trip when the inverter switches from invert to charge or back. This seems to be due to the sequencing of the neutral change-over and the earth relay switching. This is a firmware bug rather than a fault.
