We have installed the multiplus in a ford transit. It was working great. We were trying to connect a new phone via bluetooth to the multiplus. We were unable to connect and this is when we realized that the multiplus would not turn on. So we are not sure if it has anything to do with the bluetooth operation or if there is something wrong with the multiplus. When the multiplus was working we would turn the main power switch on and we would hear the multiplus click and lights turn on. Now when we turn the main power switch there is no clicking sound and no lights. We have checked all fuses and the battery connection and they are all in good condition. Anyone have any thoughts or helpful suggestions. Thank you.
