MultiPlus 12/3000/120-50 120V inverter shuts off at 90% under 1600w load

We have 5 100A Lithium batteries and are using a MultiPlus 12/3000/120-50 120V.

The inverter has been shutting off when we put a load of 1450w to 1650w even though the battery monitor says the batteries are at 92%? Everything works fine if we are plugged into shore power.

Post an image of the screen showing the battery voltage and amps when under load.

FYI_It's actually not a Multiplus II, but just a Multiplus. However, no matter what I did the site filled that in. I'm not sure it makes a difference.

Something is very wrong! Now the inverter is shutting off even when we are connected to shore power!
