I currently own two MPPT 100 20 SmartSolar Charge Controllers connected to one system in parallel, both of which are charging. However, I am only able to see only one of them in the VictronConnect App. I have attempted to reset the controller by disconnecting it from power and reconnecting, but the app still only shows one charger. Although both chargers are functioning, I am unable to connect to the second one via Bluetooth. I purchased these controllers in April of this year and would appreciate any advice on what steps to take next.
