A client of ours already had a Victron multiplus installed, we only installed the panels, however the first installer never activated his app and he has now asked us to do so. When we connect the Cerbo to the wifi and try to activate the app it asks for a portal code. Where can we find the portal code, can we send in the serial number of the inverter/cerbo, will someone be able to supply us with the portal nr? Or does the original installer have the portal number and should he be contacted? Many tx
