MultiPlus Compact 12/1200 - All 3 LEDs flash once then nothing

I am trying to use this device as in inverter only.

If I switch the device from Off to On, or from Off to Charger Only, all 3 LEDs flash once. The inverter does not function.

DIP switches are per factory.

Well I solved it by removing an 'assistant' which even the config app couldn't interpret.
