Issues with Multiplus 2 (3000w12v)

Hi all, the last weeks I have experienced strange behaviour of our MP2.

First issue: The AC 2 out is suppling power while not on shore power. Ac2 out should disconnect while not on shore power? Causes issues since this charges the start batteries, which again charge the litium which powers the inverter.

Second issue: MP2 battery temp sensor reports 43 degrees c, and suddenly drop back to 10c, and than back up. Outside temp is 10-15 deg c, and no correlation to high loads. I tested max capacity and measured with a FLIR camera and nothing close to 40deg c.

Last minor issue; the vrm seems to be very slow and drops out. Could be correlation issue to the online error message and the 2 issues abow? Is there a new software issue the last week?

check what assitants are installed , as these can control the action of the ac2 out relay, also check the temp sender connections. and make sure that the temp input is going to the correct temp sender
