Is there a VDE 0126 anti islanding Certificate available for the Multiplus II?

The Multiplus II 48/8000 has an ac sensor and two rele switches in the Ac In. There is also the option for VDE 0126 France on the country code selection. But I cannot find the certificate anywhere. Purchasing it on my country without the Certificate is not an option.

Anybody has a Certificate?
