Unable to pair iphone11 to MPPT

I have a new phone iPhone11. All worked perfectly on iPhone 5s. Being asked to enter PN code from side of controller. This is 13 characters long and alphanumeric but the app keyboard only allows numeric entries? VERY frustrating- have tried copy and pasting - come on Victron it appears I am not the only one having this issue . It’s an expensive bit of kit to buy to only have it partially functioning

Are you using the part number or the pin code?

Are you pairing from in victron connect or the phone system?

The pin code is usually 6 digits and is just a numeric. Is often the standard 000 000. Except on some really new cerbo units they are being rolled out with non standard pin numbers printed on the side label.
