Multiplus II current sensor extension possibility

Hello,

I consider byuying a Multiplus 2 48V/5000 with Cerbo GX to build an ESS system (or Multiplus II GX I don't know).

For the ESS, I need to buy current sensor to measure grid feed-in : https://www.victronenergy.com/accessories/current-transformer-for-multiplus-ii

The Multiplus will be installed 10 meters far from the electricity distribution box (where the measure of home consumption can be done).

-> What are the possibilities to extend the current sensor (length of the cable 1m), without interfering the measurement (not sure current measumrent is digital, if it's analog it must be impacted by the length of the cable).

Or to buy another current measurement meter and set configuration to external ?

There is the 1m version that you mention. There is also a 5m and 20m ones on offer.

Hello,

Do you know if we can manually extend the cable to 50m or i must use an ET112 (monophased system) or EM24 with ethernet ?
