can I charge an AGM via Solar Mppt and a Lithium power bank from the load output

I have a VW California with a small AGM leisure battery, which is required to run the system. I am installing solar and have a lithium power bank, which contains its own Mppt . Can I charge the AGM directly via the solar Mppt and charge the Powerbank it’s the load terminals.

It depends. The load terminals are just another place to get battery voltage.

Can you safely charge the powerbank by connecting directly to the AGM battery?

Yes, I can charge the Powerbank from the AGM but it is very slow, input is limited by the Powerbank for some reason.
