Smartsolar charger controller MPPT 150/100-Tr

I have a smartsolar charger controller in oir workshop that show alert of #39 input shutdown due to battery over voltage of which the mppt state is off, what can i do to overcome the problem?

Suposo que desconnectant panells i bateria. Després tornar a connectar primer la bateria i finalment els panells.
