Multiplus ii 3000 wont charge low battery inventer

Trying to connect my multiplus ii 3000 to shore power. It starts and then trios into low battery inverter light. My battery monitor says full but I know that is not correct. Am I missing something to get battleborn batteries to charge.

It would seem that you need to jump start your batteries, to bring them out of hibernation for the multi to start charging them.
