different level of battery charge

a difference between the battery level displayed by EasySolar and SmartShunt is permanently displayed. Sometimes it is 15%.

Easy solar has a multiplus inside it. This calculates battery charge as best it can, but not very accurately because it doesn't measure current through the battery, just through itself. You can configure the easysolar to ignore it's own readings and use the BMV values, which will then be shown in VRM.
