DC Low input shut down on Quatro at 30% on LiFePo4 ignoring Grid

Hello everyone

I have mulitplus 48/5000/70-100 system set up to use both grid and PV. The PV charges the battery just fine and then the multi inverts to power the AC load, Virtual switch has been configured to enable the system to use the grid to charge at 30% SOC or UDC lower than 47. Unfortunately it is not kicking the grid in to charge the battery. The battery then continues to drain and when it hits 20% it powers down the multi until solar kicks in charges the battery to the set low restart value of 25%.

Why is Grid not kicking in to charge the battery when the battery hits 30% and how do i solve it?

@ngibuini

At what voltage is 30% SOC?

47v is usually cut of voltage for 15s cells (set in number 3 shutdown in the inverter tab). So maybe a bit low for switch over.

If the SOC is calculated by the inverter, then it's not very accurate.
