MPPT 75/15 Charger or panel over voltage

I had to reconnect my Solar Panel (victron SPP30-12), because the connector was broken, and now it gives blinking yellow and blinking green, implying "Charger or panel over voltage". But the Solar Panel is only 30W, so how can it be over voltage? Nothing else is connected to the controller apart from the battery. Or could it be my battery is broken? It does show more than 12V, and gives enough power to start my outboard motor, so I wouldn't think so.

Is it still happening?

Which controller do you have? If it has bluetooth, please post screen shots of the battery and panel voltages. If not, please measure at the controller terminals.

I assume you covered the panel before disconnecting/reconnecting.
