I have a new airstream with a factory installed victron mppt panel display. It won’t turn on. I unscrewed it from wall and it is plugged in. Box under seat has a blue light at bulk. Airstream dealer said you won’t see the display if you are using the app. But the app doesn’t see the device. I am new at this so any help would be appreciated.
