why is victron energy down

been down for weeks now...

I've been to their site dozens of times in the last few weeks. You're actually posting on the victronenergy.com domain.


Suspect it's an issue with your ISP or DNS?

No problems for me, everything is working fine.

What site do you want to connect to? Do you get an error message?

simply trying to go to www.victronenergy.com to download the veconfigure3 app so I can program my inverter/charger.

I'm wondering why you have VE Configure 3 as a topic. Is it that your PC cannot connect to your installation?

then my mac says that that site has a security violation so it wont connect. I have no problems connecting to any other sites.

Can you please make a screenshot of the message?

I don't know Mac but normally there is a way to ignore such "security messages".

ok, so I found out that my computer didnt have the dns set up properly...all ok now!
