Hi Voltage Alarm

I have a Victron Quattro 15kva + cerbo GX touchscreen 2 X BYD B-Box LVL 15.3kW batteries. Occasionally I see a Hi Voltage Alarm in the VRM Portal. Last two occasions voltage was 54.9V and 57.05V when the alarms were registered.

Is this something to be concerned about? What are the likely reasons for the alarms?

Thanks

@Braidenoch

The vigh voltage alarm will probably not be referring to the whole battery bank voltage but rather one or two cells in the bank. Try charging at lower current for a bit or keeping them at 100% for a few days to see if allowing the pack to balance properly might help.

If it does not then you may need to seek help from your supplier/ installer.
