What date was this Quattro made?

Hi all, I checked the forums and found there is a way to check multiplus serial numbers.. I was wondering if there is a way to find a year it was made of a Quattro unit?

My serial number is HQ1707NY8W7

Just seeing if I can find out when this was manufactured?
