Argo Diode Battery Isolators output1 and output2 charging.

When using this isolator, is the battery of output 1 fully charged first, and then the battery of output 2 is charged? Or is this not controlled to charge both batteries at the same time, I purchased it to use with CNBOU's 3000W pure sine wave inverter on the RV.

The unit should determine which battery requires what charge and apply the charge accordingly.
