Immense Harmonics! Will a 45KVA 3 phase Quattro/Multi Plus2 system be able to handle it?

The Main circuit power manager

The client send me a few images and ask to quote on this off grid system.

I haven't seen anything this bad in my life, have anybody come across something equivalent and with the large transformer inside the Quattro and Multi's will this absorb enough of the Harmonics?

Or will the Inverter shut off or will the life expectancy be shortened?

This is the Aircon circuit THD stands for "Total Harmonic Distortion"

Something looks wrong with your client's equipment. This load would be rejected by most utilities if they knew about it...

THD (I) should be <5%, or possibly up to 10%. This high level will cause heating in the transformers - on a 240/415V system, the neutral current of 68A gives approximately 15kVA in the harmonics, this also is approximately the same value as 60% of the phase load kVA of 23kVA. Straight addition would give 37kVA - so possibly the 45kVA capacity would cope.

I would spend some time with the client trying to find and fix the source of the problem first.....
