Blue Smart Charger 12|25 IP67 Update failing X88

I am trying to update the firmware on my Victron Blue Smart Charger 12 | 25.

The update keeps failing between 5 and 15%. I get a 'X88 - Communication Error. Vref Ack timeout' error message. Now the device is stuck without any firmware installed at all.

I have tried restarting the computer, turning bluetooth on and off, using a beta version of Victron Connect unplugging the device and leaving it for a while and nothing has worked.

I am on a mac. I tried to connect using a PC and it didn't even recognise the device.

Windows can't use Bluetooth.

Try to use another device (smartphone or tablet), preferably with Android OS.
