Where is Remote VEConfigure for Multi RS?

Hi everyone,
I have recently installed a RS48/6000/100 for a customer replacing his exisiting system.

I’m having trouble knowing what to set the Low Voltage Alarm and Low Voltage shutdown for Gel Lead Acid batteries? In particular BAE 12PVV 1800

I was also under the assumption if I had issues with alarms going off to early with Low voltage warning I would be able to remotely configure. I can’t see the Remote Configure in the device lists like the other sites have?

The system has a Cerbo GX, Smart Shunt & RS48/6000/100

I appreciate any help!

Have you setup 2 way communication in the VRM menu of the Cerbo GX.

Yep, 2 way is on. What does “Enable on LAN” do?

Hi @JacobBenko

Remote VE.Configure is only for VE.Bus devices.

The Multi RS is a VE.Can device and needs to use VictronConnect Remote - 10. VictronConnect-Remote (VC-R) – Configuration and monitoring via VRM

One day we will all be unified I promise

Answered although not required as Guy has the correct answer. From the manual

Enabling will allow direct connection to the Cerbo GX by typing its IP address or Venus.local into a web browser, or in VictronConnect when connected to the same network. Only enable this function on trusted networks.

Thank you!

So to access settings its through Victron Connect Rather than the VRM portal.

Yes, initiated through the VictronConnect app. In the background It’s still routed through VRM, via the VRM tab.
