Hmm, yes. I’ve overread it. So it is the same as with the MultiPlus 800 without C. The multiplus itself looks like is allready prepared to proceed the NS protection. As understood only the second relay is missing. Declaration of conformity for VDE-AR-N 4105 for Victron MultiPlus 800/48/9?

I want to build a conform ‘Balkonkraftwerk’ which is easy to install and register. By the way there is a power limit of 800 W needed so this could be granted by the MultiPlus 800 Series. But I cannot find a declaration for VDE-AR-N 4105 which is need for compliant installation in germany. There only exits a declaration for looks like previous model MultiPlus C 800/48/8. But it looks like this device is not further sold. Any Idea how I can find the needed declaration? Cheers,

You might think differently but the demand is way too low to design and certify a 800VA MultiPlus-II.
I’m pretty sure there never will be a smaller MP-II.
(There is a 12V MultiPlus-II that has the required 2 relays in series and theoretically could be used for ESS but it doesn’t has the certification and probably will never get it - because certification costs a couple thousand € and there is no market for that)

There are some users doing that like this:
Use a MPPT to change a 24V battery and use a normal small PV inverter to use the battery power to feed the grid.
But you should add something to protect the battery from deep discharge (NOT a BatteryProtect!).

Or you just build a normal ESS or a normal “Balkonkraftwerk”.
