VRM: My 2FA authentication is not working

2FA not working, Unknown error on VRM, terrible Victron was such a good brand very disappointed.

Dear Victron Support,

I am currently still unable to log into the VRM portal, and the issue has persisted throughout all of today again. The 2FA login method is not sending an SMS, and I consistently receive an error message when attempting to log in. Unknow error occured. Try to log in with iPhone, Ipad, Windows PC all down nothing logs in

This seems to occur frequently following the latest V6.22 automatic update. Each time the system updates, it appears to crash or become unstable. While I’ve greatly appreciated Victron’s products in the past, the recurring disruptions are becoming increasingly frustrating and are impacting my overall experience.

I kindly ask that this issue be looked into as a priority. Stability and reliability are critical, and we would all appreciate any steps that can be taken to prevent these problems moving forward before you roll out updates.

I haven’t received your email yet. As soon as I receive it I can check the exact reason that you’re not able to login.

In any case, my suggestion is to reset the 2FA and use the mobile authenticator. It can be that your phone number has been marked as spam for some unknown reason.
