Since upgrading to ios26 on my Apple device. The VRM app won’t login.
It comes up with an unknown error, the 2FA dialog box doesn’t pop up.
Not sure if anybody is having trouble??
All ok over here.
Maybe remove the app, shut down the iPhone, restart en re-install the app.
Yeah that’s weird, I have done all of that. With no success
When my iPhone was upgraded tot iOS26, all worked flawless, no login issues. When I push the active Victron widget, I’m directed to the VRM webpage without login in. Most probably this is arranged by the Apple Keychain function. When I want to login to VRM via my PC, only then I need to use the 2FA.
Maybe when you go to the online VRM with your PC, undo 2FA, and test again. When this solves the issue, you could try to activate 2FA again.
Yeah, I tried that. I logged in through a different device that was working. Removed the 2FA.
Then I could login to the iOS VRM app. So yes that fixed it.
Really weird, but there’s definitely a bug there
I suspect it to be a individual MS Authenticator bug.
