I am unable to connect via my work network or my home network. The mobile application works fine and my Ekrano GX has full access to the internet. The issue mainly seems to be unable to login via VRM website.
It would seem to be an issue with the 2FA via SMS that was configured on my account. The server would not send the SMS to phone number configured. I was also confused because the reset 2fa option at the bottom would send an email with a reset link, but I was opening such email in my phone. when clicking on the link, the app would launch and, because it was working correctly on the app, it wouldn’t show me anything at all, just my installations list dashboard. I had to log out of the application, then click the link that was sent to my email so that the app would open and redirect me to the correct 2FA reset option. Weird interaction between web and mobile phone app.
At any rate, I have successfully reset the 2FA and reconfigured using a n authenticator app. I now have access to both VRM web view and app view.
