Can’t login to my VRM account

I have some trouble to login to my VRM account, can’t change the password when I press forgotten password.

I need help!

Do you get an error message? Can you make a screenshot?
Did you try another browser?

I have tried to login on different units throw the VRMapp and i have also tried throw the webb.

I get invalid credentials, then I try to reset but I can’t because of the 2fa, I have tried to reset that too without any success.

When you configured 2FA did you keep a copy of the 2FA recovery codes?

I don’t remember that I set up a 2fa and I can’t find any trace of that too.

It’s not something that is just enabled, there is a registration process.

Okay i understand that but a the monent I need help to reset that. I still figure out why I was logged out in the beginning and why my password isn’t working. Haven’t changed my password.

The user isn’t blocked, the emails have been sent to their email properly, but they were never opened. Maybe spam box?
