VRM Account Issues - Login & Password Reset Errors

Hey fellow Victron users,

I’m having some trouble with my VRM account, which has been inaccessible for the past 3 days. When I try to log in, I’m getting an error message. Additionally, when I attempt to create a new password, I’m still encountering issues.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, have you found a solution?

Error Details:

• Login error: [invalid credentials]
• Password reset error: [Too many requests. Please try again in few minutes ]

Troubleshooting steps taken:

• Cleared browser cache and cookies
• Tried different browsers and devices
• Verified account credentials

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using 2FA or have you ever used 2FA?
I had an account where it was activated then removed. But there were issues logging in.
I ‘reset’ 2fa and was able to login afterwards

I’m getting invalid credentials on my Victron app on Samsung. tried resetting password, tries 2fa, uninstalled app and re installed all of which is useless but it works on laptop. How do I fix this. Only just started, it has been working fine for over 1 year.

Have you tried logging in a different device

It works on my laptop. See pics 1 to 4 in that order. I have reset password, uninstalled and re installed the app but same result every time, I can’t see it from my phone but can from my lap top.

Fixed it but don’t know how. Rest ph about 5 times and it finally worked.
