VRM Account didn’t send verification eMail

I tried to create a new VRM account. But also after two hours I didn’t get a verfication e-mail.

No Mails in spam.

When try to login, I get an error message.
That verification for this account is missing.

Any suggestions? How can I get a new verfication link?

I can’t find any record of the email you used to register on this community on VRM.

So I presume you used a different one.

I used my private domain hosted by Hetzner.

Hi, Guy, I’ve got the same VRM confirmation email problem. I suspect that, because I bought my Cerbo GX S from Amazon but used (great deal), the previous buyer must’ve registered that VRM ID and so he/she is getting the confirmation email. Can you help?

For VRM you either need to be set as admin by the current user/installer or have them deregister the system. Alternatively, if you enter the Cerbo serial number on this page (Victron Energy Support) it should connect you with the dealer who can arrange this. They may ask for proof that you have the device. You may have to end up raising a support ticket if you get no luck.

On the support page use the lower enter serial number button in the location shown in the image below.

Thank you! I’ve no hope of the “dealer” being helpful since I bought it from Amazon. Silly me. I have submitted a ticket, so I look forward to that support process. Thanks again.

Often the “Dealer” in Victron terms did not sell it on Amazon, that was a reseller, the “dealer” is the company that initially bought it from Victron and normally they are obligated to provide the support. May or may not work though. You should be able to use it but not have VRM yet. If you need to reset any passwords on the device itself Section 8.5.2 of the manual tells you how to use the push button.
