Changing VRM Adminstrator

Hi,

I’m trying to add Gerbo CX installed on a boat to VMR portal but getting “All administrators of the installation have been notified by email. It will be accessible for you after one of them approves the request” message.
I tried to contact the dealer. But got no response.
I opened ticket (HQ2112XX4XX/20240903-1643) more than a week ago on this page: https://www.victronenergy.com/support-request.
Still nothing.

Could anyone please help me to change administrator for this device?

HQ2112 is a over 3 years old unit so I guess you bought it 2nd-hand?
Did you try to contact the seller from whom you bought it?

I don’t think it’s a second hand unit.
We got a new build boat in summer 2022. So the unit can be 3 years old.
I have tried to contact the dealer. But got no response.

Problem sorted. Had to create a duplicate support ticket with an empty S/N field asking to take a look on a previous one.
