VRM email verification, support

Hi,

I’ve registered on the VRM portal. When I try to log in I get the error below.

Even after two days, I have not received the verification email (I checked the spam of course). Even forgetting the password (repeatedly) didn’t help. I even tried to register again, but a message appears indicating that I am indeed already registered.

Is there any support I can contact?

I’ve elevated that to see if someone can find a solution for you.

According to our email logs, there was an issue with your SMTP server.
I’ll respond in more detail in a private message. I’ll mark this as solved in the meanwhile.

Thank you for your help, everything is already working. However, I would appreciate the option (button) to resend the verification email, or direct contact and support/helpdesk, so I don’t have to burden the whole forum with such a problem.
