Can you please tell me how to find what email address has registered my device please
If you try and register the device in VRM it will send an email to the current registered owner, if they are good enough to help out.
Otherwise go to the Victron support site and half way down that page under the heading “get in touch” put the serisl number and this will give you the dealer contact details. Send them a request for help. They may need a photo of the unit showing the serial.number to prove that you physically have the unit. Howver, be aware that they need to be sure that you are genuine before the delete the item from someones account. https://www.victronenergy.com/support
