Stopped received email notifications from VRM for alarms

As of 6/20/2025 I’ve stopped receiving email notifications for alarms. IOS push notifications work fine. Tried creating a new admin profile and different email address and that didn’t work. Tried logging out of VRM and back in. Nothing. I’m using the “Send a test notification” button to test. I’m assuming that should send an email in addition to the push notifications.

It’s really dumb you need to select 3 non-applicable tags to post here.

I can confirm sending a test message sends both a push notification and an email.

Perhaps your mail provider has decided these are spam and you need to add the address to your approved list. They come from bounces@victronenergy.com if you have deleted all the old ones.

I’ve linked a new admin VRM account using a different email provider and the notifications are going through for that account. I had added bounces@victronenergy.com to my contacts to white list this address but that didn’t seem to work. I’ll contact sbcglobal (yahoo) to see of they’re blocking it for some reason.

I contacted AT&T sbcglobal (yahoo) and they didn’t see any reason why I shouldn’t be receiving emails from VRM (bounces@victronenergy.com). No blocked senders, filters, etc.

Who do you contact for VRM technical support? The dealer?

Have you deliberately forced an alarm by for example reducing a low battery voltage alarm on a 12V battery to 10V. I know you pressed the test button, but another thing to try, I am not expecting success.

Support channel is normally through the dealer, however, I do not know how well VRM issues will get handled rather than a physical product.
