We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our MultiPlus-II GX 48/5000’s in our three pase power system. It remains stuck on “wait..“, the others do seem to function but get blocked by this one when we try to install the system all together.
Can you explain more about the system, components and what you already setup?
I guess you got only one MP2-GX, the others a regular MP2s. Where does the “wait…” get displayed?
No all three are GX!
Than thats problem one, you can have only one GX needs to be the ine on L1
you need to disconnect 2 gx boards and connect those two multiplus to the master in L1, also is it setup as 3phase with the mk3?
We did & we did! But it stays stuck on wait
