Ah yes, missed the GX tag, sorry.
Like Marc said it seems a hardware module (I’m guessing the embedded GX) needs to be swapped.
I’ll help you hope that Victron is willing to send you a new module and lets you replace it yourself, instead of having to disconnect and ship the entire device.
