Currently we are not receiving a verification email nor can we resend the email for verification (checked spam, blocking, etc).
Is it possible to have the email verified by support so we can log in with this account?
You can message me on the side for the email/account details as required.
Looks like we found an email filter applied before it hit our inbox (using a helpdesk email for alarms from the devices so it’s not readily accessible like normal email). Appreciate the help from the community manager!
